Brief
introduction of Ningxia Petrochemical Company of PetroChina Co.Ltd.(NPC)
Ningxia Petrochemical Company of PetroChina Co.Ltd.(NPC),one of
the largest urea manufacturing facility in China,has 3.6 billion
RMB yuan total assets and one million tons annual capacity of urea
product. Now,NPC has two sets of large fertilize palnts. The design
product capacity of these two plants is same 300,000 metic ton ammonia
per year and 520,000 metic ton urea per year.
With vacuum oil as the feedstock,the first fertilize plant has
started operation in 1998.Due to the innovative revamps,has made
a world urea production record of the 520,000
MT/A urea units.The second fertilize plant which has started production
in September,1999,
uses natural gas as the raw material and produce the granular urea.In
2001,the urea output
of the second urea unit exceeded 520,000 tons.
Through fine management,NPC is the first one that passed ISO 9002
certifications certifide by Chinese and English certificaton agencies.Our
urea product has earned the certification of "Test-free product"
isseued by Natonal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and
has already established its rightful place in the market.
